8. No Refunds for Food Supplements
Due to the nature of our products:
- All Herbura products are classified as foodstuffs.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which excludes sealed and perishable food products from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
- For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, products cannot be returned once dispatched.
